Shipping Policy for Domestic Orders

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days and shipped through trusted courier partners across Tamilnadu and India.

• ✔Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time depending on the courier company.
• ✔If you wish to ship medicines to two or more different addresses, please place them as separate orders.
• ✔Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking details via WhatsApp or email.
• ✔We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
• ✔Our responsibility ceases once the goods are handed over to the courier or transport service.
